An1meTiddie founded the base Obscension in February 2020, before the group of the same name formed. Its name combined obsidian and ascension, reflecting a towering obsidian build created with lava and water casting. The site was destroyed in June 2021 during the conflict following Chunk Haven’s destruction. The Archive preserves a June 4 download and records abandonment on June 8.

Compare saved worlds and maps
Use the interactive map to compare available render dates and inspect preserved terrain before downloading a world. Downloads are partial Minecraft Java saves. Capture dates describe saved worlds, not founding or destruction dates; historical terrain may differ from the server today. Captures marked as single-player concepts were not present on live 2b2t in that form.
