Lotus City II was a White Lotus Society base established in July 2019 after the loss of the first Lotus City. elijah204 and HandyCorgi focused on a much larger underwater version of Rapture, inspired by BioShock. Following a coordinate release and damage to the surface buildings, the group moved on to Lotus City III. The Archive preserves a July 31, 2019 download.
