_gigo built this recreation of the Far Lands at Hopen, modeling how they would appear on 2b2t’s seed. It took about two weeks to construct. The Archive preserves Hopen’s Farlands exhibit under August 7, 2020; this is an artificial build, not naturally generated Far Lands.

Compare saved worlds and maps
Use the interactive map to compare available render dates and inspect preserved terrain before downloading a world. Downloads are partial Minecraft Java saves. Capture dates describe saved worlds, not founding or destruction dates; historical terrain may differ from the server today. Captures marked as single-player concepts were not present on live 2b2t in that form.
